Who We Help

Our Services

How It Works

Step 1: Initial Consultation (Free, 30 min)

Online video call or in-person at our Budva office. We discuss your background, skills, and target sector. Preliminary document review. We decide together if we can help you. No obligation.

Step 2: Service Agreement

Transparent fee structure (worker fees or employer fees, never both). ILO Employer Pays compliance confirmed in writing. Engagement letter in English and your preferred language. Privacy and KVKK/GDPR notice.

Step 3: Connection or Application

For workers: introduction to relevant employer clients OR independent Single Permit support. For employers: candidate screening OR Single Permit filing. Document preparation begins.

Step 4: Application & Visa

Single Permit application filed with MUP (Ministry of Internal Affairs). Document apostille and translation coordinated. 30-60 day processing window. Weekly status updates to both sides.

Step 5: Arrival & Integration

Worker arrives in Montenegro on entry visa. 24-hour address registration assistance. Single Permit ID card issuance. Ongoing support for the first 90 days.

For a detailed 12-country deployment guide covering BMET (Bangladesh), DMW (Philippines), DoFE (Nepal), eMigrate (India), and 8 more origin-country regulatory frameworks, read our companion hub: Working in Montenegro 2026: Complete Legal Guide. It covers Single Permit process, salary expectations by sector, worker rights under the Montenegrin Labour Code, and anti-fraud protections in depth.

Nepal: For DoFE registration, the Shram Swikriti labor approval, multi-step consular legalization via the Embassy of Montenegro in New Delhi, and the full Nepal-to-Montenegro pathway, see our Nepal worker guide.

Bangladesh: For BMET registration, Smart Card process, Dhaka clearance costs, the legal Single Permit sequence, and the full Bangladesh-to-Montenegro pathway, see our Bangladesh worker guide.

Anti-Fraud Protection — Know the Red Flags

Before you engage any recruiter or lawyer for Montenegro work, verify these signals. The ILO Employer Pays principle means a legitimate operation will never ask you to pay placement fees upfront.

If you've been defrauded, contact us, your country's embassy in Podgorica, the Montenegro Labour Inspectorate, or IOM Montenegro.
