What RONA LEGAL DOO does

We run the part of a file that is not reserved legal representation: the first assessment, communication with you, listing and collecting the documents you need, coordinating certified translations and apostilles, keeping the timetable with notaries, registries and authorities, and explaining in plain terms what each document in the file does.

Who handles legal representation

In Montenegro, legal assistance, contract drafting and representation before courts and authorities are reserved to advokats entered in the Montenegrin Bar (Advokatska komora Crne Gore). When your file needs such work, it is carried out by an independent advokat under a power of attorney issued in your name and under the advokat's own professional responsibility.

Notarial acts, such as a property transfer, are carried out only by a notary.

We do not run litigation or enforcement proceedings in Turkey. For those, you should instruct a lawyer authorised in Turkey.

How a file moves forward

1. Request: you describe the matter in writing through the contact form, by e-mail or on WhatsApp.
2. First meeting: together we set the scope of the file, the documents needed and a likely timetable.
3. Written quote: before any work starts, the scope, the fee and the payment schedule are confirmed in writing.
4. Documents: the document list and the apostille and certified-translation steps are shared with you; once the file is complete, the application is prepared.
5. Filing and follow-up: the application is filed with the competent authority and followed up; you are informed at every significant step.
6. Closing: the resulting documents are handed to you, and renewal and annual-obligation dates are noted separately.

Fees

The fee is confirmed in writing once the scope is clear and before work starts. The quote also shows which costs the fee includes. Payment is made against an invoice issued by RONA LEGAL DOO.

Outcomes and official decisions

The outcome of an application depends on the decision of the competent authority. We therefore do not guarantee results; we tell you the strengths and weaknesses of the file openly from the start.

Confidentiality and personal data

Your documents are shared only for your file and only as far as needed with the authority, the advokat, the notary and the certified translator. Details are in the privacy notice.
