Sources

We go to the primary source first: for Montenegro, the statute as published in Službeni list Crne Gore, the records of the Skupština and the official pages of the ministries and authorities concerned; for Turkey, the Official Gazette (Resmî Gazete) and mevzuat.gov.tr; for the European Union, EUR-Lex.

Secondary sources (news reports, third-party guides) are used only where the primary source cannot be reached, and this is stated.

Citations and links

A legal statement is given with the name and number of the act and the article; where possible, we link to the official text.

Dates

Every article states its publication date and its last-update date. Where an act's publication, entry-into-force and application dates differ, each is given separately. Measures not yet adopted by parliament are referred to as bills.

Updates

When the law changes, the articles concerned are reviewed and updated, and the last-update date of each updated article changes.

Corrections

If you see a mistake in an article, you can write to info@ronalegal.com. A confirmed mistake is corrected and the article's update date is changed.
