RoNa Legal est un cabinet transfrontalier Turquie–Monténégro, fondé en 2024 par des avocats inscrits au barreau de Kocaeli. Depuis ses bureaux d'İzmit et de Budva, le cabinet conseille des particuliers, des investisseurs et des employeurs étrangers en matière de titres de séjour et de permis de travail au Monténégro, de constitution de sociétés, d'immobilier, de recouvrement et de contentieux en Turquie, ainsi que de fiscalité internationale.
