In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") and GDPR, your personal data may be processed by Rona Legal ("Law Firm") as the data controller within the scope explained below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data will be processed by the Law Firm for the purposes of enabling you to benefit from the legal consultancy services offered, carrying out communication activities, fulfilling legal obligations, and increasing service quality, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

- Identity Information: Name, surname, ID number.
- Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, address.
- Legal Transaction Information: Case file, documents related to the subject of consultancy.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations (courts, enforcement offices, etc.). However, it may be shared with our solution partners or relevant foreign law firms (with your explicit consent) in your international transactions as required by the service.
5. Your Rights
As a data owner, in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK and relevant GDPR articles, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction if it is processed incorrectly, to request deletion, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
